Remodeling in Benson, NC
Top Line Remodel LLC is based on Gray Ghost Street in Benson, NC. We remodel kitchens and bathrooms, install tile, flooring, cabinets and countertops, build additions and decks, and handle full residential renovations across Benson and Johnston County, Monday through Friday.
Benson is home. We are based here, and it is the area we reach fastest — which matters on a remodel, because a crew that is already in the neighborhood turns up on the day it said it would and comes back the next morning rather than the next week.
The work here reflects the housing. A lot of Benson and the surrounding Johnston County countryside is older brick ranches and farmhouses, plenty of them with original bathrooms, original kitchens and additions that were put on at some point by somebody who was not a carpenter. So we do a good deal of taking things back further than the owner expected — a bathroom that was only meant to be retiled turns out to have a rotten subfloor around the tub, because the seal failed years ago and nobody could see it. We would rather find that at the estimate than halfway through.
Alongside that there is steady work on the newer side of town: kitchens brought up to date, floors replaced through a whole house, covered porches and decks added, and garages and bonus rooms converted into space that is actually heated and usable.
