Residential Remodeling

The whole house, taken back and rebuilt in the right order

Whole-HomeBenson, NC · Serving the Triangle

A whole-house remodel is a different animal from a room, because the constraint is sequence rather than skill. Demolition has to reveal the structure before anything can be priced honestly. Structural work has to happen before rough-ins, because moving a beam moves the ducts. Rough-ins have to be inspected before insulation, insulation before drywall, drywall before flooring, flooring before trim and cabinets. Doing any of it out of order does not just cost time — it costs the same work twice. That is most of what a whole-home project is actually buying: someone holding the order of operations so that nothing gets built on top of something that still has to change. We handle full interior gut-and-rebuilds, phased room-by-room programmes, and pre-sale or post-purchase renovations.

Our Process

1

Free Estimate & Walk-Through

We go through the whole house with you, room by room, and talk through scope, sequence and what is realistic to do at once.

2

Demo & Discover

Opened up far enough to see the structure, the wiring and the plumbing — then the scope is confirmed against what is actually there.

3

Structure, Then Services

Beams and framing first, because they move everything else. Then plumbing, electrical and HVAC rough-ins, then insulation.

4

Finish in Sequence

Drywall, flooring, cabinets, tile, trim and paint in the order that means nothing gets done twice — then a full walk-through with you.
