Interior & Exterior Renovations
Room by room inside, envelope and finish outside
Not every job is a whole house. Plenty of what we do is a single room brought properly up to date, or the outside of a house made weathertight and presentable again — and those are worth doing well on their own terms. Inside, that means walls opened or closed, ceilings flattened, floors replaced, trim and doors upgraded, lighting moved, and the room finished to the same standard as the rest of the house rather than obviously newer than it. Outside, it means the parts that keep water out: siding, soffit and fascia, trim, porches, columns, railings, exterior doors and windows. The rule is the same in both directions — anything that is holding water, carrying load, or hiding rot gets dealt with before anything cosmetic goes over it.
Our Process
Free Estimate
We look at what you want changed and what is behind it. Renovation prices are decided by what is inside the wall, not by the square footage.
Open It Up
Enough demolition to see the framing, the wiring and the plumbing — so what is quoted is what is there, not what was assumed.
Fix Then Finish
Structure, water and services put right first. Nothing decorative goes over a problem that will still be there in a year.
Trim & Hand Over
Drywall, trim, paint and floor finished so the work blends into the house, and the site cleaned properly before we go.
