Kitchen Remodeling
The room you actually live in, rebuilt around how you use it
A kitchen is the most expensive room in a house to get wrong, because almost nothing in it is independent of anything else. Move the sink and you move the drain, which means opening the floor. Change the range to gas and you need a line and a hood that can actually vent. Add an island and you need circuits under a slab you have not broken yet. That is why we settle the layout, the plumbing, the electrical and the venting on paper before the first cabinet is ordered — the order of operations is the whole job. We take kitchens back as far as they need to go, run the rough-ins, hang and finish the drywall, set the cabinets level and true, template and fit the countertops, tile the backsplash, and put the floor down. One crew, start to finish.
Our Process
Free Estimate
We come out, measure the room, and talk through what is not working about it. Layout, appliances, budget, and how long you can live without a kitchen.
Settle the Layout
Cabinet runs, appliance positions, plumbing and circuits agreed together — because moving a sink after the floor is down means taking the floor up.
Strip & Rough In
Out with the old, then plumbing, electrical and venting run to the new layout while the walls are still open.
Fit & Finish
Drywall, cabinets, countertops, backsplash, flooring and paint, in that order — then the appliances go back in and it is a kitchen again.
