General Contractor Services

One number to call when a job involves more than one trade

Project ManagementBenson, NC · Serving the Triangle

The reason projects with several trades go wrong is rarely that one of them is bad at their job. It is that nobody owns the gaps between them — the plumber roughs in before the framing is final, the tile arrives before the substrate is ready, the cabinet delivery lands in a room that is not painted, and every trade is individually correct while the project is a month late. Acting as your general contractor means we own those gaps: we sequence the work, book the trades to a schedule that reflects reality, keep the site safe and clean between them, and give you one person to ask rather than five to chase. And because we self-perform the carpentry, tile, drywall, flooring and finish work ourselves, there are fewer handoffs to go wrong in the first place.

Our Process

1

Free Estimate

We scope the whole project rather than one trade's part of it, so the number you get covers the job instead of a slice of it.

2

Plan the Sequence

Trades booked in an order that works, with the dependencies mapped — so nobody turns up to a room that is not ready for them.

3

Run the Job

We are on site through it: coordinating trades, handling what comes up, and keeping the site clean and protected between stages.

4

Close It Out

A punch-list walk-through with you, everything outstanding put right, and the site handed back finished rather than nearly finished.
