A door that has not closed properly since the house settled, a soft patch of floor by the tub, a ceiling stain from a leak that was fixed two years ago, trim that came off when the old carpet went out, a wall that needs patching where a cabinet used to be. Individually none of them is a project, which is exactly why they sit there — the trades who do one thing will not come out for an hour's work, and the list only grows. We will. We take the whole list in one visit, price it as one job, and work through it, and we will tell you straight when something on the list is a symptom of a bigger problem rather than a repair — a spongy floor at a tub is usually a failed seal, not a floor.
